If I could give it zero I would . Website says post office closes 1.30 I rang 1st to check but no one answered. Got there at 13.10 to be told post office closed . So I pointed out that website still says 1.30 and they would not take my parcels !

I had used this post office for many years and was happy. When the new owners took over everything seemed to change. Everything I send signed for never arrives to it's destination. If you want to buy stamps they are okay but I would not recommend sending anything with them. I will not use them again

It's always closed... all I can see is "sorry we are closed. We are back at 2 pm" message on the board from today. It put you off this place. I rather go somewhere else...

Why did my Post Office refuse to issue change?
If you’ve registered for the Change Giving service, you shouldn’t be refused change at your nominated Post Office branch.
You may have been refused if you’re not signed up to this service. If you’d like to do so, contact your bank directly to find out whether they offer the service and how to sign up.
If you’ve signed up but aren’t using your nominated branch, it’s at that branch’s discretion whether they have enough change available to fulfil your request.
